Two Factor Login

 

Tenant Wise Setup

  1. For Tenant wise set up, we need to login as admin user of the project. Then From Action Button of Tenants page we will get Features option. After click the features a popup of Features will open.

 

  1. Inside the Add ons we need to enable the “Enable two factor user login” option as like below image. Then user of this tenant will able to configure the Two Factor Login option. If anytime this feature is off then User will automatically get two factor login options.

 

User Wise Enable (2FA)

To enable two factor authentication, user need to enable this option first. User need to open “My Settings” from the side menu.

 

 

If tenant have this feature enable then user will see Enable Authenticator option. If any time user does not want to use this feature, then user will able to off this from here.

 

 

 

User Wise Configuration

To generate two factor token, User need to configure it once. For this user need to enable the Setup Authenticator option (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator). Then user will see the QR Code and can configure with it.

 

User will able to verify after setup the authenticator from here. Need to giving the code generated from the Verification App and press the Verify OTP button.

If verify is ok then message will show and button color will be green and if not verified then message will show that not verified and button color will be red. Generally Verify Button will be blue.

User Login

During login user need to give the token to login from it.
